Fitness classes

Our new studio houses a wide range of fitness classes:

TRX, step aerobics, leg bums and tums, circuit training, Kettlebells, Fit bumps and mums, box fit, pump, abs blast and Jui Jitsu

You can either pay as you go for classes or sign up to our gym swim and classes package to make full use of all the facilities we can offer. For a full timetable of classes please click the link to the right.

We also offer yoga and pilates classes run by specialist freelance instructors – these classes are not included in the health club membership:

 

Pilates with Sarah Graham – every Monday evening

Weekly pilates sessions with expert trainer Sarah Graham. Sarah is running both beginners and mixed ability classes both in the morning and the evening. Please note these classes are not included in any health club membership. Classes run Mondays 9.30am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Please contact on 07984617632 for more information.

 

Pilates with Alex Harris – Monday mornings

Alex Harris has been teaching Pilates for 16 years and is also a sports masseuse.  The class is open to all abilities and runs Mondays 8.30am – 9.30am.  Contact Alex on 0781317867

 

Yoga Vinyasa with Charlie Francis – Thursday evenings

Vinyasa flow begins with a fast paced warm up of sun salutations and standing asanas, followed by a number of flowing floor poses incorporating optional arm balances and inversions. 6.30 every Thursday. £10 drop in £40 block of 5 classes – please call Charlie on 07896881219 for more information.

Hatha Yoga with Leah Graham – Wednesday evenings

Hatha Yoga is yoga without flowing between poses. This makes for a gentler, slower paced class.  Contact Leah on 01208851127
