What is TRX?

Why are some classes not covered in standard membership?
We strongly believe in providing great value to all of our members. We are committed to offering a first class health club at affordable prices. Some of our group class activity requires specialist training and qualifications of our instructors (ie Zumba) or investment in specialist equipment (ie TRX). Rather than charge everyone for the provision of such classes, we feel it is fairer to only charge those who wish to take advantage of these great classes. We think this makes sense and we hope you agree!
Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns?
Feel free to speak to any member of staff about any concerns you may have. Should these remain unresolved, please speak to the Health Club Manager. If you still feel your issue has not been dealt with to your satisfaction, please contact the General Manager of the facility.
What kind of equipment do you offer?
Our cardio and resistance equipment is provided by Matrix, one of the world’s leading suppliers of fitness equipment. All cardio machines have full LED displays and offer your own personal fan to keep you cool! Schwinn, one of the best in the business, provide our spin bikes.
