February gym challenge

Put your running shoes on because you’ll need them!

How fast can you complete a 5k run on the tread mill? Ask one of the staff members to set you up on the 5k run on the treadmill. We will keep an eye on you (whilst popping in and out of the gym).

You have from the 1st February until the 28th to submit your time. Remember, you can attempt it for free as many times as you like but each attempt must be witnessed by a member of staff.

The winner will get a £10 off voucher to use in the restaurant. One for the ladies and one for the gents. GOOD LUCK!!
