April Gym challenge

This month will be a weight based exercise which will test your shoulder endurance. You will be using a kettle bell and you have 30 seconds to perform as many bottoms up shoulder presses on you right and then 30 seconds on your left. We will combine the two for the total reps completed.

You have from the 1st April until the 30th to submit your attempt. Remember you can attempt it for free as many times as you like but each attempt must be witnessed by a member of staff.

March Gym competition

Congratulations to last months winners  Arthur Davies and  Kim Butler who won last months competition:

How quickly can you complete 5 sets of 5 of hand release push ups straight into 5 burpees?

Kim won best female score of  1.37 and just beat Arthur’s score of 1.38minutes. Well done!
