We are delighted to confirm 2 new self catering properties in our portfolio this year. The properties are both situated within the peaceful Roserrow Estate – a 5 minute walk from the clubhouse, restaurant, health club, tennis courts and golf course, and only a 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Polzeath Beach and village.

Godolphin

A sunny detached 4 bedroom property sleeping 7/8. With a lovely private garden and a garage for storing surf boards and golf clubs, as well as a table tennis table for some competitive holiday games, this property is ideal for family holidays.

A large terraced 4 bedroom property which has been refurbished winter 2017. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area is very bright with floor to ceiling windows and french doors to a large garden with a patio. With a wood burner for the colder evenings, a piano for “the musician” and baby football for every generation – this is a house for the whole family to enjoy.
