How far can you swim underwater?
This month we are testing your lung capacity. As requested by members we have an underwater swim challenge, strap on those goggles, put on your speedos and take a deep breath!
We will measure by meters swam (1 length = 18 meters)
You have from the 1st August until the 31st to submit your attempt. Remember you can attempt it for free as many times as you like but each attempt must be witnessed by a member of staff.
As with last month’s challenge, the prize will be a £10 off voucher for use in the restaurant for the best male and female score. GOOD LUCK!!
July Gym competition
Congratulations to last months winners Pippa Adamthwaite and Andy Boxall who won last month’s competition:
Last month’s competition was running up to a stack of weights and bunny hopping back with each plate. Pippa won best female time of 2.11 and Andy won best male time of 1.41
