The December Christmas gym challenge is testing work using the TRX. A nice easy one for Christmas!
How quickly can you complete 3 sets of the following? 15 squat jumps, 15 triceps extensions and 15 bicep curls. This will test your explosive leg power and give your arms a workout too.
You have from the 1st December until the 31st to submit your score. Remember, you can attempt it for free as many times as you like but each attempt must be witnessed by a member of staff.
As with last month’s challenge, the prize will be a £10 off voucher for use in the restaurant for the best scores. GOOD LUCK!!
How quickly can you climb and descend our pyramid set? This will test your upper body and get your heart racing with 5 burpees followed by 5 press ups, then 10 of each, 15 of each and then back down again.
