With the autumn drawing in it is time to take a bit of time for yourself – time out from the stresses of day to day life. The Point has been chosen as the ideal venue for both a Yoga and a Mindfulness retreat this autumn. Staying in our beautiful eco apartments you have views of surrounding country side and the sea with waves crushing against Pentire Point.

The long term forecast is good (even talks of an Indian Summer) and the Coastal footpaths are quieter, why not make the most of the coast and get some refreshing walks in? The September sunsets by the sea are the best as you have the beach to yourself.
