Wenlock Cottage is a dog-friendly semi-detached 2 bedroom cottage situated in the heart of the Roserrow Estate. Renovated this last winter (19/20), the open plan living area is bright with french doors to a small balcony with lovely views over the village and surrounding countryside. The kitchen end of the room also has french doors to a stunning furnished decking on the south-facing side of the building. Steps lead down to the garden and BBQ area. There is a private garage for the storage of holiday essentials such as bikes, golf clubs, and surfboards. The cottage is popular with both families with small children and golfers needing a bolt hole.

Situated just off Granary Lane, Wenlock Cottage is a 5-minute walk from the restaurant, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course and health club at The Point. Polzeath beach is a 15-minute walk on public footpaths.
