Our Health Club is furnished with a state of the art, well equipped gym and studio where you can work out independently or participate in one of our many great fitness classes. Our latest class timetable along with class descriptions can be found here.
Simply pay as you participate or incorporate classes in your gym and swim membership to make the most of the facilities we have on offer. We have an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and two tennis courts. You can even combine your membership jointly with golf should you wish.

Having a personal trainer motivates and challenges you and is a proven way to achieve results, regardless of your age or physical condition. Working with a personal trainer on a one-to-one basis ensures that your dedicated exercise time remains focussed and effective whilst keeping it fun, varied and inspiring.
If you prefer to workout on your own, however, we are happy to simply prepare a customised program to suit you which can be reviewed on a regular basis and results recorded, again to keep you on track and motivated.
