Our Story

Set between Polzeath, Rock, and Daymer Bay, The Point is a family-run coastal destination offering space to stay, eat, play, and unwind – all year round. Whether you’re visiting for the day, escaping for a weekend, or returning for an annual family holiday, there’s something here for everyone.

Founded as a golf club in 1997 and reimagined in 2012 by owners Jeremy and Eva Davies, The Point has evolved into a vibrant North Cornish destination shaped by a love of the outdoors, good food, and relaxed coastal living. While the championship golf course remains at its heart, it’s now complemented by padel and tennis courts, a gym, indoor pool, sea-view restaurant and bar, and a carefully curated collection of holiday accommodation.

Through The Point Holidays, we manage a portfolio of self-catering properties both on-site and across Polzeath, Rock, and Daymer Bay – from contemporary apartments and eco-cabins to family-friendly beach houses. Every stay includes discounted gym, swim and green fees, making The Point a natural base for active, memorable breaks by the sea.
