Anna Wille has chosen the North Cornish Coast, and The Point at Polzeath as one her preferred place to run retreats in the UK.Over the 3 days (4 mindfulness sessions) participants will be offered workshops and guided meditations to develop greater awareness and presence, so that they can begin to:identify and reduce living on auto-pilotstop living in their heads and judging themselveslearn how to gather their scattered mindrecognise difficulty and low moodlearn to allow things to be and to let go or becomes less attachedrecognise that thoughts aren’t facts, and how to respond not reactlearn how to take care of themselves through pleasure and masteryplan how to maintain their practice for a low-stress life.The stay includes 3 nights with breakfast and lunch, leaving you the choice to eat in (we can organise delicious ready made meals), in our restaurant or in one of the many restaurants in the local area.
