To start in February


Starting early February – to join a small core team of key staff covering both the restaurant and the Bear Bar. Ideally you will have supervisor experience, but we would also consider a candidate with hospitality experience and long term commitment who is looking for a new role. As we get busier with the season kicking off, you will be running a team providing professional and friendly service to our customers. Our bar and restaurant cater for our regular customers, holiday guests and members.


We are looking for a Sous Chef to start end February/mid March you must be committed, reliable, hardworking and most importantly have a passion for food. The successful applicant will be able to showcase their talents on the desirable North Cornish coast. Our restaurant seats 90 people and we are proud of our excellent reviews.

Experience as a Chef De Partie or Sous chef essential.


  • Leading the Kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensuring all events are planned and staffing levels adequate
  • Monitoring stock and wastage
  • Ensuring dating and labelling of produce
  • Assisting the Head Chef in the scheduling, development of staff
  • Working with the FOH team


Part time staff to work in both our restaurant and our new exciting Bear Bar. Some bar and waiting experience would be an advantage and an outgoing personality is key to the role.

Part time job, with flexible working hours to start in March. Perfect for someone looking for a part time job to fit in with school runs. Experience preferable, references are required.
