At the Point, we are passionate about health and fitness. Our aim is to provide a friendly, helping hand to everyone who visits us whether you are one of our dedicated members or holidaying nearby. Either way, the welcome will be warm and our team will be on hand to provide help, advice and encouragement to ensure you meet your personal health and fitness goals. The team of personal trainers are all professionally qualified and have their own personal approach to training. It’s all part of ensuring a fun and varied environment. Please note that last entry is an hour before closing time MEET OUR HEALTH CLUB MANAGER – JEN WILSON Our Health Club Manager Jen Wilson, began her career in the fitness industries whilst pursuing an interest in yoga and completing a 200 hour teacher training programme. A Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Teainer with a fascination for nutrition, she can also be found teaching Spinning and Kettlebell classes, or assisting in the Spa with her knowledge of Swedish Body Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. She is also a qualified Open Water Lifeguard with a history of Wakeboarding and Surfing.
