GYM WATCH OUR VIDEO POOLThe Point Health Club offers a state of the art gym, fully equipped with cardio and resistance machines plus free-weights up to 40kgs; a new studio containing pump bars, TRX, kettlebells, aerobic balls and more; a 16-bike spinning studio which is also available to use outside of the spinning class times; an 18m pool heated to 30°C; a Jacuzzi pool heated to 39°C; a traditional wooden sauna; a eucalyptus infused steam room, plus 2 outdoor tennis courts.At the Point, we are passionate about health and fitness. Our aim is to provide a friendly, helping hand to everyone who visits us whether you are one of our dedicated members or holidaying nearby. Thanks for a great week” MEET HEALTH CLUB MANAGER JIMMY Our Health Club manager James Bradford; a local beach bum who grew up surfing and surf life saving. Jimmy was part of the “Surf Life Saving Club” in Polzeath from the age of 7 to 16, representing Cornwall in the national championships and competing around the country. A RNLI beach life guard on Polzeath for 8 years, Jimmy decided to pursue a career in the leisure industry.
