We can tailor fitness and yoga breaks to you and your friends should you wish to go away with your own group. As the pressure around us grows – occasional escapes to rewind and restart our bodys are important. With the beautiful coastline only a mile away, personal trainers on site, a multitude of classes and access to specialist yoga and pilates instructors, The Point is a perfect place for this.

Nutrition and food is a huge part of feeling good, our restaurant serves locally sourced, seasonal healthy food and we can also organise visits by a local dietician who can offer specialist advice.

Why The Point at Polzeath?

The beautiful, rugged coastline of North Cornwall is the perfect place to blow away the cobwebs, press the “refresh button”, do something great for yourself, get fit and have a laugh with some friends.

Pack your bags, settle into our luxury accommodation and focus on your new goals.  After a hard day’s exercise, take time to relax in our light airy Scandinavian style eco-friendly apartments. Settle down next to a log fire and enjoy the views over the wild flower meadow and countryside with stunning views of the Atlantic coast line.

These breaks are perfect for couples or a few friends however if you would just like to book on your own you will be most welcome.

If you are travelling some distance and need to take the Friday off work, why not arrive late Thursday and spend Friday morning looking around Padstow or the local area before you check in with your trainer for the weekend? Or you could extend by adding Sunday night so that you can have a leisurely swim and sauna on the Monday morning or pop in to Padstow for a meal at one of the famous local restaurants.

“Everything we needed was there. Lovely pool and excellent sauna. It’s not often you have a nice view from a sauna, but this one looks out over the hills. Will definitely go again if we’re in the area.”
