The weekend is designed around a group of 6 people looking to get fit and have a bit of fun at the same time. You will be staying in our new apartments.

We will adapt the programme to suit each group’s fitness level.

Relaxing Yoga Retreat and Paddle boarding with Marc Laws II from £445 pp

marc-laws-iiWe are so lucky to have Marc Laws II coming back to The Point to run another Yoga retreat. British born with a New Mexico upbringing, African Native American, Canadian and Ukranian roots, Marc Laws II is a true citizen of the world.

With a passion for connection and an expanse of mind-body wisdom acquired through his own journey as a professional soccer player and sports therapist, Marc’s classes combine physical precision with fun, soulful exploration of everything that yoga has to offer.

Why The Point at Polzeath?

The beautiful, rugged coastline of North Cornwall is the perfect place to blow away the cobwebs, press the “refresh button”, do something great for yourself, get fit and have a laugh with some friends.

Nutrition and food is a huge part of feeling good – and we believe in a healthy balanced diet. All meals will be available in your apartment or the restaurant. You will have a choice of healthy meals from our menu to fuel your weekend of exercise/working out.

Pack your bags, settle into our luxury accommodation and focus on your new goals.  After a hard day’s exercise, take time to relax in our light airy Scandinavian style eco-friendly apartments. Settle down next to a log fire and enjoy the views over the wild flower meadow and countryside with stunning views of the Atlantic coast line.

These breaks are perfect for couples or a few friends, however if you would just like to book on your own you will be most welcome.

If you are travelling some distance and need to take the Friday off work, why not arrive late Thursday and spend Friday morning looking around Padstow or the local area before you check in with your trainer for the weekend? Or you could extend by adding Sunday night so that you can have a leisurely swim and sauna on the Monday morning or pop in to Padstow for a meal at one of the famous local restaurants.
