Fitness classes

Our new studio houses a wide range of fitness classes: Mobility, TRX, Kettlebells, Spinning, HIIT, Legs Bums & Tums, Pump, and Abs Blast.

You can either pay as you go for classes or sign up to our gym swim and classes package to make full use of all the facilities we can offer. See membership offers at the bottom of this page.

When the studio is not in use for classes, it is available for private hire whether it be private group fitness sessions, birthday parties or corporate events. Please contact our Health Club Manager jimmy@thepointatpolzeath.co.uk for further information.

Pilates with Sarah Graham – every Monday evening

Weekly pilates sessions with expert trainer Sarah Graham. Sarah is running both beginners and mixed ability classes. Please note these classes are not included in any health club membership. Classes run Mondays 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Please contact on 07984617632 for more information.

 

Pilates with Alex Harris – Monday mornings

Alex Harris has been teaching Pilates for 16 years and is also a sports masseuse.  The class is open to all abilities and runs Mondays 8.30am – 9.30am.  Contact Alex on 07813178267

 

Yoga Vinyasa – Thursday evenings

Sadly Charlie Francis will not longer be able to do her Yoga classes, we are looking for someone else who can take this spot. Please contact jimmy@thepointatpolzeath.co.uk if you are interested.

 

Hatha Yoga with Leah Graham – Wednesday evenings

Hatha Yoga is yoga without flowing between poses. This makes for a gentler, slower paced class.  Contact Leah on 01208851127
