What is padel?
Padel is played on an enclosed court with glass walls and a net in the middle, using a solid racket and slightly softer ball than tennis.
Each point begins with an underarm serve, making the game easier to pick up for beginners, while the surrounding walls allow the ball to stay in play for longer rallies.
The scoring system follows the same format as tennis, and games are typically played in doubles, making it a sociable and energetic way to spend time on court.
