20m pool with a toddler area, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna
The main pool is 18 meters in length with a 2 metre shallow toddler area at one end making it safer to bring small ones and children not as confident with swimming.
The main pool has a constant depth of 1.35 meters with easy access stairs leading into the pool. Staff are always on hand to help those in need of assistance. We try to keep our pool at 29 – 30 Celsius.

All swim sessions are available on a first come first served basis with a maximum number of 30 people in the pool.
No booking for swim sessions is required.

Complimentary Sunday Swim Offer
From Sunday 12th November 2023 everyone with a valid table booking on a Sunday will receive a complimentary swim for the number of people stated on the booking.
Simply book a table online using the link below, pay a £5pp deposit, turn up with plenty of time to enjoy a 1 hour swim before your table (Remember to allow enough time for changing!) and show your booking confirmation to our Health Club team who will verify your booking to redeem.

Children’s swimming classes
We run instructor led swimming lessons every Monday afternoon between 3.45pm and 5.45pm. Each lesson runs for 30 minutes. For more information please contact Helen Massy on 01208 872170 or 07899283265.
Pool entry ratios
15 year olds are allowed in the pool unsupervised. For under 15’s we require an adult (over 16) to supervise, 1 adult can supervise 3 under 15’s.
Dive school
