Our seven new luxury apartments are ideal for large parties and group accommodation: family gatherings for special occasions, friend groups and corporate events with team bonding activities.The seven apartments sleep 36 people in three 2 bedroom and four 3 bedroom apartments. All rooms can be booked as double or twin rooms giving maximum flexibility. Rockall, the largest 3 bedroom apartment offers dining space for 8 very comfortably. The open plan living area with panoramic views is so generous that you can also host a cocktail party for up to 45 people. Tried and tested!For smaller groups we have 5 bedroom detached holiday homes, some of these are right next to each other. All the properties have dining areas seating 10 comfortably. We also have two 4 bedroom terraced properties with an interlinking door ideal for two families holiday together – offering some privacy with the fun of holidaying together.We can arrange chefs, waitresses and ready made meals for you to enjoy in your apartment. Or the restaurant is only minutes away with our team of chefs delighted to produce 3 course menus with the finest local ingredients. No need to worry about drink driving.Membership of the Health Club on site is included in the rent and we can organise Personal Training sessions in addition to all the classes already on offer. We have two tennis courts on site and a fully qualified professional.The first tee on our 18 hole golf course is right on your door step and we would be delighted to organise a group golf competition complete with nearest to the pin, longest drive and prizes. If the whole party does not golf, there are plenty of other things to do.The Point works closely with local businesses specialising in coastal activities such as Coasteering, Kayaking, Wild Swimming, water skiing, fishing and of course surfing! You can do this all year round, but we highly recommend September and early October when the water is at its warmest and the beaches and seas are quieter.The great Southwest Coastal Footpath is on your doorstep – there is plenty to do. Why not make it a day trip and walk to Port Isaac – a historic fishing village with lovely restaurants. Alternatively Rich Stein’s famous Seafood Restaurant is a 40 minute walk and a 15 minute ferry ride across the Camel Estuary.But if relaxing and reading is what you want to do, our new apartments are luxuriously furnished with deep sofas and wood burning stoves – so you can curl up, enjoy the views and forget about the world!
