The new owners also own Bantham next door, and the refurbishment included knocking through on the first floor making the two properties perfect for two families wanting to holiday together.
The open plan living area is very light with access to the garden through french doors. The garden has been redesigned with an inner lawn/garden and an outer garden with mown paths to a BBQ area to enjoy summer sunsets. This area is shared with Bantham next door.
Lundy Cottage is located on Granary Lane, within walking distance from the restaurant, tennis courts, health club and golf course. Polzeath Village and beach is only a 15 minute walk all along public footpaths.
